Recruiter - campus hiring (Denver, CO)

Greenridge Nest Early Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Denver. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
