Recruiter - campus hiring (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Granite Community Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
