Recruiter - campus hiring (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood River Financial is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
