Recruiter - campus hiring (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Wilder Community Partners is a nonprofit in Columbus supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
