Recruiter - campus hiring (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Kestrel Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to school calendars. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on school calendars. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
