Recruiter - campus hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Stonegate Wilder Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Colorado Springs, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
