Recruiter - campus hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Bridge Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
