Recruiter - campus hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Amberfield Glen Health Group is a healthcare provider in Colorado Springs with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
