Recruiter - campus hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove Willow Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 953 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
