Recruiter - campus hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Stone Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training.
