Recruiter - campus hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Summit Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 933 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
