Recruiter - campus hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Silverline Bright Housing manages affordable housing communities across Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
