Recruiter - campus hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove Rowan Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
