Recruiter - campus hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Redstone Pine Financial Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
