Recruiter - campus hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Beacon Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
