Recruiter - campus hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Lakeside Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
