Recruiter - campus hiring (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge Meadow Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
