Recruiter - campus hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Amber Learning Group is an education provider in Cincinnati serving students and families. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to school calendars. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
