Recruiter - campus hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Early Learning and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
