Recruiter - campus hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Amberfield Wilder Early Learning runs childcare centres in Cincinnati caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
