Recruiter - campus hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Forge Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
