Recruiter - campus hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Nova Mill Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
