Recruiter - campus hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Nova Ivory Facilities and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
