Recruiter - campus hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Fernwood Meadow Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Cincinnati, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
