Recruiter - campus hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Bright Housing manages affordable housing communities across Cincinnati. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
