Recruiter - campus hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Northwind Sable Early Learning runs childcare centres in Cincinnati caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
