Recruiter - campus hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Vista Staffing and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
