Recruiter - campus hiring (Chicago, IL)

Fernwood Glen Facilities is a facilities company in Chicago with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supply orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
