Recruiter - campus hiring (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Rowan Legal Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to intake forms. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
