Recruiter - campus hiring (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Nova Stone Environmental Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
