Recruiter - campus hiring (Chicago, IL)

Summit Umber Legal Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
