Recruiter - campus hiring (Chicago, IL)

Bluepeak Cedar Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Chicago. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
