Recruiter - campus hiring (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Meridian Freight is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to carrier rates. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
