Recruiter - campus hiring (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Birch Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Charlotte area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
