Northwind Cedar Banking Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
