Recruiter - campus hiring (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ember Markets Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
