Recruiter - campus hiring (Charleston, SC)

Redstone Nest Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
