Recruiter - campus hiring (Charleston, SC)

Nova Willow Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Charleston, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
