Recruiter - campus hiring (Charleston, SC)

Amberfield Vista Staffing Group is a Charleston staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
