Recruiter - campus hiring (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Linden Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Charleston. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
