Recruiter - campus hiring (Charleston, SC)

Nova Amber Financial is a financial-services company in Charleston, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
