Recruiter - campus hiring (Charleston, SC)

Clearpath Cedar Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Charleston. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to group events. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on group events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
