Recruiter - campus hiring (Buffalo, NY)

Westbrook Forge Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Buffalo, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
