Recruiter - campus hiring (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Vista Staffing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
