Recruiter - campus hiring (Buffalo, NY)

Silverline Fern Health is a healthcare provider in Buffalo with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
