Recruiter - campus hiring (Buffalo, NY)

Silverline Cedar Facilities Group is a facilities company in Buffalo with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
