Recruiter - campus hiring (Buffalo, NY)

Clearpath Granite Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Buffalo region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
