Recruiter - campus hiring (Buffalo, NY)

Harborlight Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Buffalo, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
