Recruiter - campus hiring (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Meridian Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Boston with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
