Recruiter - campus hiring (Boston, MA)

Redstone Ivory Legal Group is a law firm in Boston serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
